Reclaiming Myself

As a Haitian woman, I was taught that endurance is love, silence is strength, and suffering is faith. But in losing myself for the sake of expectations, I realized God never called me to stay where I was breaking. Reclaiming myself means reclaiming my voice, peace, and identity—not through endurance but through God’s grace. I am not defined by what I’ve lost but by the God restoring me.
